Pastor Daniel Arturo Nunez
President and Director
Daniel Arturo Nunez was born and raised in Tijuana, and has been a Worship Pastor for 12 years and Youth Pastor for 10 years in Ministerios Transformacion in the Tijuana area. He recently completed a 1 year residency program at Mariners Church in Irvine, California, working as a coordinator on Global Engagement and the whole Outreach department. He is now working in Comunidad Cristiana El Nino as a mobilization pastor.

Daniel Nunez lives in San Diego, California and Mexico. He is a Senior Pastor serving in Mexico for numerous years in many of the poorest communities of Tijuana. His church group is headquartered in the community of El Nino. He has planted in excess of twenty churches in different communities of Tijuana and the surrounding neighborhoods. His dream is to plant a total of fifty churches in Baja, California in twenty five years. He has partnered with approximately fifteen churches in the US, to build houses and churches as well as smaller projects, which he guides them through. He works on planning, purchasing land and construction, as well as finding the families that need a house and pastors who need church building.
Bev Glasgow lives in San Clemente, California. She has a career in corporate administration and finance and has worked in public, private, and charitable organizations. She has extensive experience in budgeting, bookkeeping, tax preparation and review, banking relationships, financial analysis, and organizational filing requirements. She handles all the administration and organizational duties for Kingdom Builders Ministry plus other charitable organizations. Her goal is to continue helping KBM and other non-profit organizations with their administrative and financial requirements.
Pastor Russ Belmont
Russ Belmont lives in Northern California and has been the Senior Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church of Concord, California for the past 14 years. He has been working in Baja, Mexico off and on since 1986. He has worked directly with Pastor Daniel Nunez for the past ten years doing various building projects as well as community ministry. He has served as Chairman of the Board for seven out of 14 years on the Board of Directors of Berean Christian High School in Walnut Creek, California. He is presently working as a facilitator with The Leadership Connection, a non-profit serving those who serve, namely Pastors and Directors. Each year he has led a week long mission trip to Ministerios Transformacion not only for Calvary, but intentionally introducing and guiding others to get involved with the ministry in El Nino.
Dean Monahan lives in Los Angeles, California and has nearly 30 year career in financial businesses including over 20 years in senior management. He has been SVP at multiple companies and built different markets and companies. He has headed up and led various charitable events and fundraisers. He has been involved with ministry and missionary work in Mexico and California since 2009.
Scott Griffiths lives in Irvine, California and is a licensed general contractor, ISA Certified Arborist, and the President/Founder of Great Scott Tree Service Inc., a commercial tree care company serving Southern California since 1976. He was born, raised and resides in Orange County California, where he also raised three sons and a daughter. He has been volunteering for over 25 years, leading teams of volunteers to build or repair churches and homes globally in: Africa, Sri Lanka, Venezuela, Brazil, Peru, USA, Indigenous American land and throughout Mexico. For the past 14 years, he has been a volunteer leader at Mariners Church in Irvine California, and has led over 2,500 volunteers who have built over 100 homes and churches in Tijuana, Mexico. In addition to building structures, he is the Volunteer Ministry Leader for Mariners Church, who oversees the Leaders of all the Mexico ministries including the Medical/Dental Ministry, Child Sponsorship, Breakfast Program, and the Sustainability Program. Over the last 2 years, he was able to share 2,000 hours volunteering for Ministerios Transformacion Church , overseeing the building of a 3,300 square foot Church/Community Center for the Rojo Gomez congregations.
Brad Baker lives in Cincinnati, Ohio and has been serving with Pastor Daniel Nunez in the greater Tijuana area for the past 9 years. He has experience in house building, church building, general construction and various forms of ministry. He has also organized and planned mission trips with large groups of people. He has led dozens of teams in many different building and ministry projects in Baja, California.
Monica lives in Southern California and works as an IT Consultant at a leading edge IT firm based in Irvine, CA. She has been a volunteer and mentor for several organizations for the past 20 years. At the age of 12, Monica left home to live in Mexico as a foreign exchange student for one year. After witnessing the amount of poverty and suffering in Mexico, Monica committed herself to improving the human condition and helping those with fewer opportunities. Her dream is to help empower men, women, and children living in extreme poverty, foster good health, education, and economic self-sufficiency and to cultivate educational giving circles that inspire individuals to make a positive difference through the power of collective giving.
John has more than 25 years experience in revenue growth, business development and customer care and retention. Prior to establishing HygenicsData in 2007, he served as a senior executive with sales and marketing responsibilities at several Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies. As a principal partner of HygenicsData, a data management firm, Sawicki provides strategic direction, product design, marketing execution and is involved in client relations to HygenicsData's largest clients. John is a volunteer member of the home building and child sponsorship Mexico Outreach leadership teams at Mariners Church Irvine campus. Since his involvement in the ministries in 2012, he has made over 35 trips to serve God and the people of Mexico. John also serves as a volunteer leader for the Teen Leadership Foundation serving emancipated youth coming out of Orange County's foster care program.
Donald C. Grabow
Don Grabow lives in Huntington Beach, CA with his wife Cindy where they raised their three daughters. He is currently a licensed contractor and CPSI playground safety auditor. Long before Don ever dreamed of bringing the word of God to the people of Mexico, God was preparing his heart and mind for missions. The Lord blessed Don early in life with an aptitude for the Spanish language which was nurtured throughout his career in the construction field as a journeyman plumber and then a playground contractor. Don went on on his first Mexico house build in 1989 and felt the call on his heart to minister in Mexico on a more continual basis. After a 5 year stay in North Idaho, the call of the Lord was so strong he and wife moved back to Huntington Beach to heed that call. Don graduated from TUMI (The Urban Ministry Institute) this year and is open for the Lord's leading in all areas, especially church planting and evangelism.
James (Jim) Fetner
Jim Fetner is a long time Southern California resident, living in Capistrano Beach for the last 30 years. He has been married to Sheri Fetner (who is very active with the KBM kid ministry) for over 35 years. They have raised 2 sons and a daughter, who are all married. Jim has been active in the mission field travelling to Uganda (his son and daughter in law spent their 1st year of marriage), Papua New Guinea (sister and brother in law spent 13 years with Wycliffe), Bali, Swaziland, Caracas, Mexico, American Indian’s reservation land and in US disaster areas. Jim had a long career with the Long Beach Fire Department working in the inner city, recently retiring as a Captain assigned to one of the port’s Fireboats.

Edson lives in Tijuana, Mexico. He has worked at the Rojo Gomez Church since it was built in 2007. He works closely with Pastor Daniel Nunez and is an integral part of the administration of Ministerios Transformacion and the school sponsorship and food service programs.

Don Glasgow lives in Southern California and is retired from a thirty five year senior retail management career in large department and specialty store chains. He has countless years of volunteer work with community events and numerous nonprofit organizations. He has been involved in ministry and mission work for many years. He has served as an officer and fundraiser for numerous charitable organizations. He is a frequent missionary to the Ministerios Transformacion Church group in El Nino, Tijuana, Mexico. He is San Clemente’s 2013 Citizen of the year and two time community volunteer of the year.
